The villa is situated in a quiet area, with private parking, carport on your ground and electric gate. Around the big swimming pool there is a spacious beautiful mediterran garden with very old olive trees. The villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 nice modern bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large open living dining area, and a beautiful modern very well equipped kitchen and a super out door kitchen with a plancha with view to the pool and the nice garden. Little sea view.
You will enjoy relaxing in the outdoor space that includes a lounge area and shaded dining area around the summer kitchen, as well as the cool retreat of the spacious open plan interior equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
