The villa is just ten minutes from the artist village of Biot, famous for its glass art, and only 15–20 minutes from the renowned coastal town of Antibes. From the house, you can start beautiful hikes, cycling or mountain biking tours through breathtaking landscapes.

Set on a flat, beautifully landscaped 2,000 m² plot, the property provides ample space for relaxation and play. On the garden level, there are three spacious, stylishly furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three separate WCs. The large, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a partly covered terraceoverlooking the stunning garden. Here you’ll find comfortable lounge furniture and a large dining table – perfect for enjoying your meals while taking in the magnificent sea view. A gas BBQ is also available.

Speaking of the sea: Biot is only about 4 km from the coast, so you can easily reach the beach or the lively resort town of Antibes, famous for its marina, charming old town, bustling market, and fantastic shopping.
