Once a small fishing village, CANNESis now a glamorous & expensive seaside town considered to be one of the social hubs of Europe. Its moment to shine arrives in May as the venue for the Cannes Film Festival, entertaining the rich and famous. During the Film festival, fans can see celebrities, actors, and directors on the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals on the red carpet, at the end of La Croisette, the most famous street in Cannes. Although its nightlife, casinos and high end restaurants give Cannes a feel of exclusivity.

Close to Cannes direction St. Tropez you will find the small beach village „THEOULE-SUR-MER“ with his nice villas with seaview and if you follow the street „Corniche“ with his fantastic seaview and red rocks you will  find AGAY and ANTHEOR.

ANTIBES is a city in the French Riviera with very nice old village. The covered market (Marché Provençal) offers fresh products every morning / except Monday. Cap d’Antibes is a beautiful walk around the cape. Do not forget the good walking shoes and a bit of water or a Rosé for a pic-nique. And have a look into the habour with his fantastic boats and luxury yachts!

JUAN LES PINS has nice sandy beaches and during the summer, the place is packed, primarily with French families. In the evenings, everyone is out at the many outdoor restaurants in the old part of Antibes/ old village and in Juan les Pins. A fun place for a relaxed vacation for young & old! In July there is also the famous Jazz Festival „Jazz à Juan“!

Not far away there ist he old provençal village BIOT – very famous for all kind of glas-arts.
