A spiral staircase leads to the cool and spacious rooftop pool of 13×5 meters, along with a fantastic terrace equipped with comfortable sunbeds. From here, you can enjoy a 360° view, including glimpses of the sea, the Alpes Maritimes, the Esterel mountains, and the romantic artist village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with citrus trees, fig trees, lavender, rosemary, and much more is also visible from the terrace, along with a pétanque court. There is also a lovely BBQ lounge area. The house is equipped with German TV and Sonos sound system. There is parking for 2-3 cars on the private property. This is a wonderful holiday home for a family or friends. However, it is not suitable for very small children or guests with mobility issues due to the steep spiral staircase leading to the pool.
