Luxury design-villa located in the hills of the famous historical artist-village St Paul-de-Vence, close to Nice and the beach. The lovely elegant modern designed villa offers 4 beautiful big double bed rooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms (1 wheelchair accessible), TV, AC. Warmly decorated with lots of taste, that  combines designer pieces, antiques furniture and works of art. Great professional kitchen, that offers everything for all that love to cook. Big Weber Gaz-BBQ, plancha. In front of the kitchen you will find a big table/ covered terrace and view to the pool and mountains. Every bedroom has access to garden and pool or terrace. Fantastic  mountains- and sea view and a lovely view to St.-Paul-de-Vence. Very nice big mirror swimming pool with turquoise reflections (can be heated). A real nice place to relax on comfortable sun beds and stay the day with family or your friends. Enjoy this lovely designed garden that offers a discreet palette of tender colors, white, purples, grays and pinks. Beautiful old olive trees. You will love this. Parking for several cars on your closed land. Private tennis close by.

A privileged place where nature, simplicity and authenticity are associated for your greatest pleasure. I have  visited this fantastic house  in 2021.  I am impressed by the great taste of the very friendly owner – all the fantastic natural materials he had chosen and the spirit of the original authentic little details , just to make  this place so fantastic, that pictures cannot show:).
