Very nice and comfortable house with fantastic seaview in a private and closed domain in Trayas. The house with fully aircondition offers 2 nice friendly bedrooms, each with private terrace, one indoor bathroom, 2 outdoor showers, 2 WCs, nice and comfortable living area with big sofas, big TV and exit to the big terrace. Separate new modern kitchen, fully equipped. Nice outdoor area with lounge sofas, comfortable sun beds, modern table and this fantastic sea view! The house is perfect for one family or with two couples. Parking in front of your house. Quiet!
