In a very quiet location close to the old Provençal Villa Valbonne (in walking distance) on a very nice land with beautiful old olive trees and a lot of space to play for children is located this nice family house. The villa offers 2 bedrooms, one parents room with a double bed, one children room with bunk beds and extra bed possible, Air conditioning, bathroom and 2 toilets. On the ground floor of the house you have a nice kitchen and a living-dining room with direct exit to the garden. In 2018 built a super new swimming pool! Lots of stuff to play for children, trampoline, possible to rent bikes … Parking very comfortable for several cars. This house is perfect for a family or couple that is looking for a quiet location in walking distance to Valbonne and will enjoy the nature and a super swimming pool. Golf very close.
